Adelante Empresas, the newest project in Adelante Mujeres’ Micro Enterprise program, is a comprehensive, small business development program designed to provide local Latino entrepreneurs the capacity to overcome societal barriers and develop the skills necessary to launch successful businesses. Adelante Empresas was developed to provide additional support and marketing opportunities for individuals participating in Adelante Mujeres’ Micro-Enterprise program.

Program staff and volunteers will work one-on-one with aspiring entrepreneurs to create environmentally sustainable, well-run and profitable small businesses. This project gives participants access to the tools necessary to work towards economic self-sufficiency and personal empowerment. Adelante Empresas also serves as a resource for individuals in the surrounding community by providing access to high quality and environmentally sustainable businesses.
