2022-2023 Early Childhood Education

The 2022-2023 school year has come to an end and what a year this has been for our preschoolers! Teachers, parents, and students have accomplished many milestones, and there's so much to celebrate! This year has seen them grow and develop so much. They have become confident and competent young learners ready to take on new and exciting things.

We are immensely thankful and appreciative to all the teachers and parents for the fantastic role they have all played in facilitating this process.

This year we served 90 preschool children, of which 45 successfully transitioned to kindergarten. End-of-the-year celebrations are always monumental for children and parents alike. Each classroom holds a ceremony along with a reception complete with traditional Latin dishes and aguas frescas. We are fortunate to have such committed families and our community supporting our teachers and classrooms. Our success has come because of the teachers and families who work together to serve the needs of our students.

Celebrations of learning are more than a display of student work and more than a party at the end of the year. The events compel students to reflect on what they have learned and how they learned. When we celebrate, we demonstrate where our values lie. These celebrations are a way to stop, cherish, and reaffirm how much we care about our families and underline those relationships' importance.

We are so proud of how much our preschoolers have learned and grown this year, and we wish them a lifelong love of learning as they move up to kindergarten and beyond. Adelante Mujeres is proud of our preschool graduates!
